Rob Wolf Sr. is the Founder & President of R&R Wolf Construction, Inc., with over four decades of experience in the commercial construction industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has also completed numerous construction courses at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Rob started in construction at the age of 14 working summers with his father, a lifelong construction executive. After college he spent four years as a construction estimator and project manager in Boston before founding R&R Wolf Construction in 1988, which has since grown into a premier commercial general contracting company over the past 35 years. Rob has successfully managed projects of all types and sizes, displaying core proficiencies in estimating, project management, value engineering, constructability, scheduling, and problem-solving. Rob is a licensed general contractor and his commitment to delivering top-quality projects has earned him a reputation as being a highly regarded seasoned professional in the industry. Rob remains dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients and delivering quality projects that exceed expectations.

Paul is an accomplished Financial & Operational Executive with a proven track record of success. He holds a BS in Accounting from Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI, and performed his MBA work at Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. With over 40 years of experience, Paul has held various senior leadership positions (CFO/COO). Paul joined R&R Wolf Construction, Inc. two decades ago as a partner, where he has made significant contributions to the company's growth and success. As a CSL licensed professional, Paul has also managed numerous construction projects, adding to his impressive skill set. With his extensive background in finance and operations, combined with his experience in the construction industry, Paul is a highly respected leader known for his strategic thinking and ability to deliver results.

Bob is a 35-year veteran of the facilities and project management industries. He attended Boston Architectural College and Northeastern University, studying architectural design and facilities management. Bob has worked for three Fortune 1000 companies, gaining extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. He has attained the Certified Facility Manager designation from IFMA, demonstrating his expertise in the field. In his free time Bob likes to work on his antique muscle car, home improvement projects and golf.

Joe is a veteran engineer in racking solutions, with over 20 years of experience as a Certified PMP and is OSHA 30 certified. He received his Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Pennsylvania State University and has overseen warehouse and MHE installation projects for top companies like Chewy and Wayfair. Joe is excited to join the R&R team and values their teamwork strategies, extensive knowledge, and positive attitudes. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and pets in the Philadelphia suburbs. You might find him watching Sabres hockey or playing golf with his sons in his downtime.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Shawn ran a successful building and remodeling company for 23 years. He holds CSL license in Massachusetts, and has his OSHA 30 compliance certificate, bringing expertise and safety to every project throughout the US. Outside of work, you can find him snowmobiling or playing golf.

Robert is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, MA. He’s also a PMP-certified project manager with a certificate from Bryant University and holds an OSHA 30 compliance Certificate. For the past 2 years, Robert has traveled across the country to ensure quality communications and on-site project management.

Gerry is a master's degree holder in criminal justice from Bryant University and Anna Maria College. With four years of service as an Army Ranger veteran and certification as a HALO jumper, Gerry has demonstrated exceptional physical and mental aptitude. He is also a retired police captain with 30 years of service, and a wealth of experience in public safety, traffic control, and construction. As a Safety Manager at R&R Wolf Construction, Gerry leverages his OSHA 30 certification and extensive knowledge to create a safe working environment for all employees. His multifaceted expertise in law enforcement, construction, and safety management makes him a valuable asset to our team.
